Red runner Roches are great feeder for reptiles, amphibians, and some arachnids. This roaches can not fly nor climb, although adult males can jump and flutter down to a lower spot.

They are a perfect replacement for Crickets. Their high-speed ignites a feeding response and exercise in reptiles. Since they don’t fly or jump like crickets.
